Lagoon Day -- Announcement

Our Lagoon Day has a Grand Prize again this year: A Cybervelo 7 speed 26” 1000W Electric Bike

We are going to enter the winners of all four events at Lagoon Day: Cornhole, Putting Contest, Put Out Basketball, and Raffle, into a Drawing. The four names or teams will have a 25% chance to win the Grand Prize. 

We will also, have an Auction Sheet, where the highest bidder can buy the Grand Prize from the Final Drawing winner. The proceeds will be split 50/50 with the Flagler Men’s Lacrosse Fund

REMEMBER, with each registration you get to pick one event to enter for FREE. You can also enter all the events for a small donation. So there are plenty of chances to win the Grand Prize and other prizes.

One last thought, there are a couple of players that are not registered for financial reasons. We would like every player to attend. So if your're able to donate for another teammate, please either Contact me, Coach King or Register that person anonymously.

Contests and Prizes:

CORNHOLE (2 Person Team) - for NFL FOOTBALL Jacksonville Jaguar tickets

**There are only 32 team spots for Cornhole. So you need to be the first 64 people registered online** if you plan to play Cornhole

Put your teammates name on your registration, so we can partner you up! They must also be registered and put your name as a partner. So, it should be easier if you register both of you at the same time. Both Players have to be registered for Cornhole.

• Cornhole champions:  Tickets to Jax Jaguars vs LA Chargers Nov. 16th at 1:00pm and an Polo Cologne Mini for each player and Will also be entered in the 1 in 4 chance raffle along with the 3 other contest winners to win the Lagoon Day Welcome Party Grand Prize
  • The tickets can also be bid on and sold to the highest bidder with the winners from Cornhole keeping $200 of the bid (Value = $1,200+)
• 2^nd Place: Custom made Flagler Cornhole Board Set (Value = $200) and Polo Cologne Mini for each player.   

Description: Tournament style with Head to Head matchups, two per team. Play , first to 21 until playoff rounds. In Playoffs must have exact score of 21, If over 21 you go back to 15. Scoring is: 3 points in the hole, one point on the board. Points go to the difference of the highest total. No bouncing on table. Once you pick sides, you must stay on that side. Each team will have a teammate throwing on the same side of the board opposite from him/her. Only if the opposing team agrees can you switch, once the game has started.

RAFFLE (Individual)

• Raffle Winner Champion: ill Win a Island Round Floatable Tube (Value = $275) and Will be entered in the 1 in 4 chance raffle along with the 3 other contest winners to win the Lagoon Day Welcome Party Grand Prize   
• 2nd Place: alene 12 Piece Dinner Ware set (Value = $70)
• 3rd Place: Pop up Cooler (Value = $40)
• 4th - 10th Place: a variety of items

Price: $10 entry

Description: You can choose this as your 1 contest with your registration or buy a raffle ticket during the Welcome Party. And can enter as many times as you want. Raffle will be held right after all the other contests are completed.

GOLF PUTTING CONTEST (Individual)

• Golf Putting Champion:  Tickets to Jax Jaguars vs LA Chargers Nov.16th at 1:00pm and Will also be entered in the 1 in 4 chance raffle along with the 3 other contest winners to win the Lagoon Day Welcome Party Grand Prize
  • The tickets can also be bid on and sold to the highest bidder with the Putting winner keeping $200 of the bid (Value = $1,200+)
• 2nd Place Prize: Polo “Big Pony” Cologne (Value = $45)
• 3rd Place Prize: a Lanedo Soft Sided Cooler (Value = $50)
• 4th Place Prize: a Pop up cooler (Value = $40)

Price: $10 entry

Description: All you need is a putter and one ball per person...(We can provide to you) 16 Person qualifying rounds...There are 7 holes, so two putters per hole and one pair “on deck” All putters will go around the course two times with their group. Their putting partner will keep the plus minus score for each player. The best 16 scores after the qualifying rounds will be entered into the championship round.   

BASKETBALL “PUT OUT” (Individual)

• “Put OUT” Champion Prize:  Inflatable Paddle Board (Value = $400) and Will be entered in the 1 in 4 chance raffle along with the 3 other contest winners to win the Lagoon Day Welcome Party Grand Prize
• 2nd place prize: Soft top foam Surf Board (Value = $300)
• 3rd Place: Badfish Body Surfing Hand Board (Value = $70)
• 4th Place: Polo 3.4oz “Big Pony” Cologne (Value = $45)
• 5th Place: iRocker Pop up Cooler (Value = $40)

Price: $10 entry

Description: All players will form a line at the foul line. The first player in line will shoot a foul shot. They have to make the shot or retrieve their rebound and put it in the basket from anywhere on the court..... Before the next player in line makes their shot or rebounded shot. If the person behind you in line makes their ball in the basket before yours..... YOU are “Put OUT.” The last player in is the champion.

You can bring personal chairs and Tents for sitting in the grass, and can bring any coolers with your our own food and drinks for outside the clubhouse area, but not inside.
